Sautéed Garlic Greens
Wash, dry and coarsely chop your favourite greens. (We combined Kale, Swiss Chard and Purple Kale).
In a pan, saute 4 garlic cloves, one onion in some olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt + pepper.
Once your onions and garlic have cooked down and begun to caramelize (medium heat is best!), add your greens. Toss for 5 minutes or until the greens are light cooked but still crunchy.
Add a healthy dash of pine nuts and raisins.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons Sahara Delights Olive oil and sprinkle with paprika and Sahara Delights date sugar.
